Service Awards for Contingent Employees in the UUP/NYS Contract

Service Awards for Full-Time Contingent Employees, effective July 2, 2011, and continuing.

A one-time $500 payment will be added to basic annual salary at:

    • Second five-year term appointment for Appendix A professionals; and
    • Upon completion of seven years in Appendix C Fundraising, Lecturer, and Appendix B-4 Division III athletic titles.

$500 not-on-base Service Award for Part Time employees - every 8 years of service

Discretionary Salary Awards: In 2015 and 2016, a specific portion of the DSA pool must be allocated to part time employees.
