Message From the President: Pay Bill Passes

Colleagues....

The Pay Bill has passed both the Senate and the Assembly.  It will now go to the governor for his signature and he'll sign within 10 days.  In the meantime we should be getting an indication from the Comptroller's Office when the Pay Bulletin will be released.
