For Full-Time Employees

Year One: In the first year of the DRP, the value of five days (or 1.9 percent of your annual salary) will be extracted from your pay. The extraction will be spread over 20 pay periods from September 2013 through June 2014. Deductions will not occur in July and August pay periods.

Year Two: In the second year of the DRP, the value of four days (or 1.6 percent of your annual salary) will be extracted from your pay. The extraction will be spread over 20 pay periods from September 2014 through June 2015. Deductions will not occur in July and August pay periods. The value of 7 out of the 9 days will be repaid at the end of the contract period.
