Use it, dont lose it

Members who are enrolled in the Flex Spending Account for the 2008 plan year have until March 31 to be reimbursed for eligible expenses under the Health Care Spending and the Dependent Care Advantage accounts.

Reimbursement requests must be made by March 31. Unused pre-tax contributions to flex spending accounts will be forefieted if they are not used by March 31, due to the Internal Revenue Services Use It or Lose It rule regarding Section 125 cafeteria plans.
