NYSHIP deadline is Dec. 31. Choose your 2020 health plan now!
Now is the time for UUP members to choose the health insurance option they want for 2020.
The New York State Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP) offers members the choice of The Empire Plan or a NYSHIP-approved Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). Members may also be able to opt out of coverage for the 2020 plan year in exchange for an incentive payment.
Completed forms must be turned in by Dec. 31, 2019.
