Delta Dental DHMO program enrollment is open
Open enrollment for Delta Dental’s Deltacare USA DHMO program has begun.
The enrollment period started Nov. 1 and runs through Dec.15. You can click HERE to enroll for the Deltacare USA program online.
The DeltaCare® USA DHMO plan is offered to eligible UUP-represented employees as an alternative dental option. It is an HMO-type dental program designed to encourage regular visits to the dentist by offering no copayments on most diagnostic and preventive benefits.
