Officers & Executive Board

UUP members elect Chapter Leadership, Delegates, and Affiliate Delegates through a mail-based nomination and election process. Statewide officers and Executive Board members are elected by seated delegates at the Delegate Assembly.

A seated delegate is able to vote in statewide matters. This is determined through the chapter election process and by the chapter’s allotment. The chapter allotment formula is 1 delegate per 75 members.

Policies and Procedures for Distributing Campaign Literature

To provide equal and uniform access to all candidates for the distribution of campaign literature, the distribution policy and forms located to the right should be used to request labels for distribution of campaign literature. Please be certain that you use the appropriate request form. The forms are for any UUP Election: Chapter Officers and delegates, Executive Board, Statewide Officers and/or Affiliates.
