Associate for Campus Services: (SL-5)

The Associate for Campus Services is responsible for the daily administration of one or more campus service functions such as: purchasing, mail, duplicating, central stores, small package delivery, business, parking or contract moving. Typical duties include, but are not limited to: advising departments on services, personally handling unusual or complex transactions; formulating, implementing and evaluating policies and procedures and recommending changes; selecting, supervising and training staff; assigning work and establishing priorities; overseeing the bidding process, contract formulation and review, implementation and enforcement of contract; serving as a liaison to other State agencies vendors and contractors to insure efficiency; project related budget needs for that service.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master’s degree or appropriate certification preferred. Minimum five (5) years related experience in a large organization including supervision of staff, preferably in an educational institution.
